Our beauty lies in our skin color along with our body features. No doubt that our body features are very important in making us look beautiful, but our skin is also very important. As our skin is the biggest organ of our body so we must take care of it.

In this article, I will disclose some of the best skin care tips which help you in looking attractive and beautiful.

5 Skin Care Tips for each Skin Type: –

First let me tell you that there are 3 types of skin. Here I am not talking about skin color.

  • Oily Skin
  • Dry Skin
  • Combination of both

There are different remedies for each skin type, but the ways I am going to mention are for each skin type. Not only this but my remedies also answer your question how to become fair or how to improve skin color naturally.

Now let’s discuss these 5 ways step by step.

1. Keep your body Hydrated

Water is very essential in keeping our body hydrated. We must drink lots of water daily (6-10 glass) for a beautiful skin. This makes our body glow internally.

2. Eat Fibres

Foods rich in fibre is very important and beneficial for each skin type. There are tons of benefits of fibre containing food along with improving skin color like it also helps in removing constipation.

Following foods are rich in fibre.

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Beans etc…

3. Wash your Skin Regularly

This step is also very important, don’t take it lightly. Wash your skin daily minimum 3 times with lukewarm water.

As my recipes are for each skin type so don’t use any soap, scrub or anything like this. As there are different products for different skin type.

4. Tomatoes

They give your skin a real glow that you need. Not only this but tomatoes are also very important in removing pimples.

To apply tomatoes, cut it into 2 halves and rub it on your skin. Do it weekly 3 to 5 times and you will see the result within few weeks of using it. After applying leave it for about 30 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water.

5. Avoid Sunlight

Direct exposure to sunlight increases the production of melanocytes in the body which in turn darkens our body.

So, if you want to improve your skin tone then you must avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
