Using a cup of java (no, not the programming language) in a homemade body scrub is a wonderful way of saying hello to your skin. Mix 2 cups coarsely ground coffee, 1/2 cup sea salt or raw sugar and 2 tbsp. of your favorite massage oil into a bowl.

Some good oils such as jojoba, sunflower or apricot kernel can be used without thinking twice. After mixing the ingredients, hop in the shower and rub this homemade scrub into your skin using large, circular motions. Rinse off, and then pat dry.
